Why You Should Never Pressure Wash Your Roof in Mandurah

Here is what happens when you pressure wash a tile roof:

• Flooded Ceilings: High pressure forces water straight up and under the overlapping tiles, soaking your insulation and ruining your internal plasterboard ceilings.
• Destroyed Pointing: The flexible mortar (pointing) that holds your ridge caps together gets blasted away, leading to massive leaks during the next winter storm.
