Not necessarily. As long as we have access to a water tap and the areas to be cleaned (unlocked side gates), we can work while you are out. We will send you "Before & After" photos once the job is done so you can see the transformation.

Absolutely. This is non-negotiable for us. We hold $10 Million Public Liability Insurance and every team member has a current National Police Clearance. We are happy to show you our certificates upon arrival.

Pressure Cleaning relies on high force to blast dirt away (great for concrete driveways). Soft Washing uses low pressure (like a garden hose) combined with biodegradable cleaning solutions to kill mold and dirt (essential for delicate house paint, eaves, and roofs).

No. We take extreme care with your garden. We use a "Pre-Wet / Post-Rinse" technique where we saturate plants with fresh water before and after cleaning. This creates a protective barrier. For very delicate plants, we cover them.

Yes. During the cleaning process, we ask that pets be kept inside. Once we have finished rinsing and the surface is dry, it is completely safe for your dogs and cats to return to the yard.

We can significantly improve them. While old oil can stain deep into porous concrete, our commercial degreasers and hot water treatment will lift the majority of the stain and blend it back into the clean concrete.

Not when done correctly. We don't blast the fence. We use a specialized chemical that neutralizes the iron oxide (rust) instantly. It simply dissolves the stain without stripping the paint from your Colorbond fence.
